The innovative solution for cylinders where water lines are not required anymore
Designed for thermal insulation optimization, it avoids cooling for the most common automotive applications. A telescopic cover, made of a highly conductive material and placed between the cylinder and the plate, makes a thermal bridge with the back plate to ease the heat dissipation.
Its supporting columns reduce the contact surface between the cylinders and the manifold area concentrating the heat in the minimum necessary surface.
No pipe layout required for cooling. Bayonet decoupling allowed: cylinders can be removed leaving the pin in the hot runner system.
Available for both hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
