Space saving solution thanks to the cut-out reduction

Thanks to a new lateral cylinder with a reduced stroke, combined with a dedicated tip solution, the overall thickness of the hot runner system (including cylinders, manifolds and levers) in stack mold applications has been reduced. We have reached a thickness of 132 mm in the case of offset nozzles and 212 mm in the case of in line nozzles.

Available for PP, ABS and PC/ABS, the Technology is mainly used for big automotive parts, such as bumpers, and non-automotive applications, such as bins or pallets. Available for G Series.
