HRSflow supported preliminary part design, with special attention to thickness & polymer definition, testing different solutions by injection simulation. 

In parallel to design validation HRSflow tested also different injection strategies simulation in order to minimize the development time for the solution.

The final solution achieved considers a part modification on IML foil, optimization of cold runner and part thickness, definition of best drop locations and definition of process boundary conditions to ensure the best results on the part.

The solution adopted by HRSflow is a 5 points Ha series FLEXflow system, single level with cylindrical gate Ø2.5 mm.
